There are many reasons to change careers, but deciding to make the change can be challenging. But even more challenging is convincing a potential employer to hire you in a role, field, or industry in which you may have little (if any) experience! 

In Interviewing Strategies for Career Changers, we will explore the reasons and emotions behind your decision to change careers, as well as focus on how to effectively respond to the unique interviewing challenges that you will face. We'll also begin work on crafting a 1-minute explanation that focuses on the logic behind your decision as well as your potential benefit to an employer.
