How This Course Is Structured

What's in the Lessons 

My goal is to make this course as interactive and helpful to you as possible – so I've included a variety of learning tools to help you move forward toward managing workplace stress and avoiding burnout. 

Overview of Today's Lesson and Agenda Video: Each lesson starts with an overview of what will be covered in that lesson. Remember that you can click on any of these sections by going to the Lessons link in the top right of the screen! 

Today’s Quote: A short motivational quote to inspire you and keep you on track as you navigate your path to a new job. 

Articles (including MP3 audio downloads): Each lesson contains a pertinent article that reinforces and/or supplements the information covered in the video lesson. 

Video Lessons: Each lesson has one primary video -- again, you have 24/7 access so you can access at any time. Depending on the topic covered, these videos are approximately 15 minutes in duration. 

E-workbook (pdf): You’ll find the link to each lesson’s downloadable E-workbook on the same page as the video lesson. Each E-workbook contains the PowerPoint slides for that day's video lesson, which can be used as a study guide for note-taking.  

Audiopodcast of the Video Lesson:  You can listen to the audiopodcast of each lesson either in the course shell or downloaded to your computer or other mobile device (which you can keep after you’ve completed the course). 

Bonus Videos: Some lessons include an additional bonus video (approximately 10 minutes in length) that complements the ideas in the module’s primary video lesson.
