While many job candidates are somewhat frightened by job interviews, you can overcome these fears (big or small) by developing a better understanding of the dance that occurs in the job interview process. 

In Interviewing From Both Sides of the Desk, you'll learn how to identify not only your goals as a job candidate but also the all important goals of the employer (or recruiter) who is interviewing you. Armed with this knowledge, you will be better able to craft answers to interview questions in a way that highlights the benefits that only you can bring to the employer.
